About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day operations across key marketplaces including Nykaa, Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, and Tira, along with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.

EThis role will focus primarily on catalog management, listing optimization, operational execution, stock coordination, and marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth business functioning across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Operations Management
- Manage daily operations across all assigned marketplaces
- Monitor sales, pricing, stock levels, and listing health
- Ensure zero suppressed listings and resolve catalog errors promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, content) for seamless execution
- Track and reduce penalties, chargebacks, and claim issues

- Catalog & Listing Management
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords)
- Upload new SKUs and manage parent-child variations
- Ensure accurate categorization, attributes, and compliance as per platform guidelines
- Optimize listings for discoverability and conversion
- Maintain content hygiene across all platforms

- Inventory & Availability Management
- Track daily inventory levels and ensure 95%+ availability
- Coordinate replenishment planning with supply chain
- Monitor sell-through and weeks of cover




- Support demand forecasting with sales trend data

- Promotions & Event Execution
- Execute platform promotions, coupons, and deals
- Support major sale events (BBD, Pink Friday, EORS, etc.)
- Ensure timely deal submissions and pricing alignment
- Track event performance and share post-sale analysis

- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Revenue & sell-through
- CTR & CVR
- Buy Box % (where applicable)
- Ratings & reviews
- Return rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports
- Identify underperforming SKUs and suggest corrective actions

- Marketplace Coordination
- Work closely with marketplace account managers for:
- Visibility opportunities
- Campaign participation
- Operational issue resolution
- Maintain documentation of agreements and platform communications

- 1–3 years of hands-on marketplace management experience
- Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central dashboards
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO
- Structured, execution-focused, and process-driven

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred
