About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in handling accounting and financial operations related to e-commerce businesses. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling online marketplace transactions, and monitoring payments, settlements, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounting for e-commerce sales and online orders.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payments, returns, refunds, and deductions.
- Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Track and reconcile payment gateway and marketplace transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and customer/vendor balances.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and accounting statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Identify discrepancies in transactions and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace platforms whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally will be preferred.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplace settlements and reconciliations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in E-commerce Accounting, Marketplace Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, or Finance Operations will be preferred.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Salary Based on experience, skills, and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
