Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer with 34 years of experience in Microsoft

Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

Dynamics 365 customization, Dataverse development, plugins, JavaScript customizations, Power

Automate, and solution management.

The role focuses on building, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions while following Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Customize Dynamics 365 applications using Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views,

business rules, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain server-side customizations using C# plugins and workflows.
- Create client-side customizations using JavaScript, form scripting, and web resources.
- Develop Power Automate flows for business process automation and system integrations.
- Configure security roles, field-level security, business units, and access management.
- Create and manage Dynamics 365 solutions (managed and unmanaged), including solution

deployment between environments.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Web API and REST integrations.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Optimize FetchXML queries, views, and custom code for better system performance.
- Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities. • Maintain technical documentation for customizations and configurations.

Required Technical Skills

Dynamics 365 / Dataverse





- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse customization.
- Good understanding of:
- Tables and relationships
- Forms and views
- Business rules
- Processes/workflows
- Security roles
- Solution management

Development Skills
- Strong experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins using C# and .NET.
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK and Plugin Registration Tool.
- Experience with JavaScript customization for Dynamics 365 forms.
- Understanding of Web Resources and client-side scripting.

Power Platform
- Experience with Power Automate flows.
- Basic understanding of Power Apps (Model-driven Apps preferred).
- Knowledge of Dataverse integration with Power Platform components.

Integration
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns.
- Exposure to Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
