Job Purpose:
The Investment Banking (IB) unit caters to specific products across the Bank’s Wholesale Banking customer spectrum. The IB has a Loan Syndications team responsible for structured selling down of the loan book as per the Bank’s requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Syndicating deals/mandates of DCM and PF to achieve Team revenue target and Individual target.
Successfully syndicate deals at competitive pricing/fee and in a timely manner.
Strengthen relationships & increase interactions with identified top relationship Banks/NBFCs.
Develop relationships with Banks Senior Management (MD/ED).
Provide timely market feedback on deal structure & its pricing to DCM & PF.
Provide information on syndicated loan deals.
Assist DCM & PF in preparation of Information memorandum/legal documents.
Standardize and implement Syndication/assignment process to ensure quick turnaround time.
Maintain updated MIS, deal tracker, etc.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Any
Should be CA/CFA
Key Skills:
Solid Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills
Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence, and legal documentation.
Good MIS preparation and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience.
