About the Opportunity

We are looking for high-calibre finance professionals to join the Structured Finance / Private Credit team of a leading financial institution.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong experience in structured credit, project finance, private credit, corporate lending and complex financial transactions, offering exposure to end-to-end deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Evaluate, structure and execute complex Structured Finance, Private Credit and Project Finance transactions.
- Assess financing and investment opportunities across Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, REITs/InvITs, Roads, Warehousing, Healthcare, Education & Logistics.
- Perform detailed credit analysis, financial analysis, due diligence and risk assessment.
- Build and review sophisticated financial models, cash-flow projections and transaction analyses.
- Analyse business models, financial statements and project viability to assess creditworthiness.
- Structure bespoke financing solutions in collaboration with business/coverage teams.
- Prepare Credit Memos, Investment Memos, Financial Models and Management Presentations.
- Work closely with Credit/Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Coverage teams for seamless deal execution.
- Support Syndication, Sell-down and Investor Engagement activities.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals and emerging credit risks.




- Manage transactions across the complete lifecycle Opportunity Evaluation Structuring Credit Approval Documentation Execution Portfolio Monitoring.

What We Are Looking For
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in:

- Structured Finance

- Private Credit

- Project Finance

- Corporate Credit

- Credit Underwriting

- Investment Banking

- Corporate Banking
- Strong expertise in Credit Underwriting, Financial Modelling & Transaction Structuring.
- Excellent understanding of Credit Risk, Cash-flow Based Lending and Structured Debt.
- Exposure to Real Assets / Infrastructure / Renewable Energy / Real Estate / Project Finance preferred.
- Experience in Deal Execution, Portfolio Monitoring, Syndication/Sell-down will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, research, due diligence and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification MBA / Master's in Finance from a reputed institute / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification.

Preferred Background

Professionals from Investment Banks, Banks, NBFCs, Big 4 Advisory Firms or reputed Financial Institutions with robust exposure to structured credit/finance transactions.

Ideal Candidate A finance professional who combines strong credit judgement + financial modelling + transaction structuring + deal execution and is looking to build a career in Structured Finance / Private Credit.
