About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Draftsman to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, 2D layouts, RCP drawings, lighting layouts, and 3D models/visualizations based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD/ZWCAD.
- Prepare lighting layouts, RCP drawings, electrical/lighting point layouts and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models and views using SketchUp or similar software.
- Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings based on architectural, interior and lighting design requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers and MEP teams.
- Revise drawings according to project/site requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations and file organization.
- Prepare drawings for client presentations, execution and site coordination.
- Assist the design team with BOQ, schedules and technical documentation when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned drawings.

Required Skills




- Minimum 2+ years of relevant drafting experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / ZWCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of lighting layouts and electrical drawings is an advantage.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scales, layers and technical detailing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a design team.

Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Architecture, Civil, Interior Design, Electrical or related field.
- Candidates with experience in architectural lighting design will be preferred.
