Position: Tech Lead/ Senior Developer
Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8~10 - years
Mandatory skills: .Net core, Reactjs, PostgreSql, MongoDB, NodeJS, AWS
- Own end‑to‑end design and development of MPC services and modules
- Lead complex feature implementation using .NET Core, Reactjs, and AWS services, PostgreSql/MongoDB
- Drive API‑first, scalable, and secure design aligned to MPC architecture standards
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers
- Work closely with Architects, QA, and DevOps on design reviews, performance tuning, and release readiness
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and hotfix deployments
- Ensure compliance with security, SOX, and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
