Next Gen Software Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India IT requirements
- Understand JDs, skill requirements, and hiring needs

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and social media

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and client requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical/professional suitability
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data, feedback, and pipeline status in ATS/recruitment systems
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups
- Work on multiple, niche, urgent, and difficult-to-find technical requirements




- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database

• Utilize AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and screening efficiency

? Required Skills & Experience

✅ 4–6 years of experience in Domestic/India IT Recruitment

✅ Strong understanding of the Indian IT staffing market

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , and other sourcing platforms

✅ Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

✅ Good knowledge of Indian salary structures, notice periods, locations, and hiring practices

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines

✅ Experience handling niche/challenging technical requirements

✅ Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment management systems

✅ AI recruitment/sourcing experience is an added advantage
