? Key Responsibilities:

● B2B Nursery Hunting: Tap into West Bengal’s massive agricultural network.

Connect with plant nurseries, cold storages, and agro-retailers to pitch our 1kg premium packs (Vermicompost, Seaweed, Bone meal, Humic Acid).

Digital Inbound Domination: Leverage Facebook Groups, YouTube, and WhatsApp

Communities to turn gardening enthusiasts into recurring retail buyers.

● Deal Closing: Use AI-driven sales scripts to handle objections, share product catalogs, and lock bulk orders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Language Priority: Absolute fluency in Bengali (Local Language) and Hindi

(National Language) is a mandatory first priority. Working knowledge of English is a plus.

● Location: Must be a resident of West Bengal (Students from Techno India, Amity,

Brainware, IEM, HIT, Vidyasagar University are highly preferred).

● Tools: Must own a smartphone/laptop and a fast internet connection.
