Position: District Manager – Operations

Location: Assigned Region (Pan-India; transferable as per operational requirements)
Job Purpose The Area Manager (AM) ensures operational excellence, sales growth, customer delight, and cost optimization across multiple Cutie Pie outlets. This role is pivotal in building robust store teams, safeguarding brand standards, and ensuring sustainable business expansion as the company scales from regional presence to a Pan-India footprint.
