Role Description The Distribution Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala. The role involves managing and expanding distribution channels for ABSLI’s life insurance products, ensuring product availability and supporting sales targets in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with local partners and intermediaries,



overseeing inventory control and documentation, and ensuring prompt and professional customer service.

The Distribution

Partner will collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth, conduct regular market visits, and support promotional activities and partner training. The role requires adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, along with accurate reporting of sales, inventory, and partner performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Distribution and basic Inventory Control to manage channels and stock effectively.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with partners and policy holders professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets, negotiate, and promote insurance products in the local market.
- Understanding of life insurance products and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or FMCG distribution will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, travel within the region, and build long-term partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.
