Job Summary: The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end dispatch of orders from the plant, ensuring timely shipment, accurate documentation, proper container loading, coordination with freight forwarders/CHA/transporters, and timely updating of shipment details in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily and weekly export dispatch plans based on confirmed export orders and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with Export Sales, PPC, Production, QA and Stores to ensure material is ready as per shipment schedule.
- Verify product availability, quantity, packing and quality clearance before dispatch.
- Ensure export shipments are dispatched within the committed timeline.
- Maintain a proper tracker for upcoming, pending and completed export shipments.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments and CHA/freight forwarder for preparation and verification of export documentation, including: Commercial Invoice, Shipping Bill, E-Way Bill, wherever applicable, Certificate of Origin, wherever applicable, Certificate of Analysis / Quality Certificate, wherever applicable, Insurance documents, wherever applicable,



Transport documents, Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill, Other customer- or country-specific export documents.
- Enter and update export dispatch transactions accurately in the company’s ERP system.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Positive knowledge of Export Dispatch & Logistics Operations.
- Basic understanding of Export-Import documentation and procedures.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Experience in coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP experience; knowledge of Manufapp or similar ERP will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduation
- 5 years of experience in dispatch within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in handling containerized export shipments preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
