Dispatch Executive – Rope Manufacturing

Location: Factory/Manufacturing Unit

Reporting To: Plant Head & Head Office- Panchkula

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily dispatch of finished ropes, twines, yarns, nets, and other products.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Sales, and Accounts departments for smooth and timely dispatch.
- Verify finished goods quantity, quality clearance, packing, and labeling before dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch documents including Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, LR/GR, and other required documents.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Ensure proper loading, packaging, and secure handling of finished goods.
- Work on ERP for dispatch entries, stock updates, invoice generation, and maintaining dispatch records.
- Maintain and update daily dispatch records in ERP/software.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and share updates with management.
- Track dispatched material and coordinate with transporters until final delivery.
- Handle shortages, damages,



pending dispatches, and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/stores team for proper stock movement and material availability.
- Ensure dispatches are completed as per customer orders and committed delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of freight, vehicle details, transporter details, and proof of delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders to minimize dispatch delays.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and transport coordination.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and follow up with different departments.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bills and basic dispatch documentation preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in manufacturing or rope industry

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
