The Dispatch Department plays a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining statutory compliance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders
- Coordinate with production, stores, and transporters for timely dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E‑way Bill, LR, etc.)
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel tracker
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on‑time delivery
- Handle transporter bills and verify freight charges
- Liaise with customers for dispatch confirmation and delivery status
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST,



E‑way Bill, etc.)
- Support audit requirements with dispatch documentation

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Familiarity with transport operations and statutory compliance
- Solid coordination and communication skills
