The Raigad Group is looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to handle order processing, dispatch coordination, logistics, documentation, and customer coordination at our Khopoli location.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Order & Dispatch / Logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete order-to-dispatch process.
- Receive and process customer orders and coordinate for timely execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Track dispatched orders and follow up until delivery.
- Maintain records of pending, dispatched, and delivered orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and dispatch-related queries.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch and order MIS reports.
- Resolve dispatch delays and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Order Processing, Dispatch, Logistics, or related operations.
- Experience specifically in Order & Dispatch Department is preferred.




- Manufacturing / Industrial / Gas / Chemical industry experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and dispatches simultaneously.
- Candidates who can commute to Khopoli will be preferred.
