Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's dispatch and delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch of products, coordinating with customers, transporters, warehouse, sales and accounts teams, and maintaining accurate dispatch-related documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability, packing and loading.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangements and timely deliveries.




- Track dispatched shipments and regularly update delivery status.
- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch schedules and delivery updates.
- Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, pending orders and returned goods.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding billing and dispatch requirements.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and products are dispatched as per the approved order.
- Handle issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, damages or returns and coordinate for resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
- Ensure all dispatch entries are updated accurately in Excel/ERP/software.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures during dispatch and loading activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
