Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the respective engineering domain, ensuring excellence in program delivery and student outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 15–20 years of overall professional experience across industry, academia, academic leadership, and/or administration, preferably including 7–10 years of relevant industry experience




- Strong domain expertise in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Industry experience in areas such as engineering operations, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology transformation, consulting, research and development, product development, project management, or industry–academia engagement
- Proven ability to lead change, build high-performing teams, inspire innovation, and shape a future-focused academic ecosystem
- Demonstrated strength in corporate partnerships, employability initiatives, applied research, technology adoption, and academic transformation will be a solid advantage
- Exposure to institutional growth, academic strategy, programme development, and stakeholder management will be preferred
- Experience in curriculum design, contemporary pedagogy, accreditation, quality assurance, and ranking frameworks will be an added advantage, though not mandatory
- Ability to bridge academia and industry by translating emerging engineering technologies and practices into meaningful student learning and institutional outcomes
