Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Logo Hunting

- Identify and win new enterprise clients (new logos) across the US market.
- Build and execute outbound strategies to pitch IT and skilled staffing services.
- Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs), pricing models, and contract terms.
- Attend industry networking events and vendor forums to expand market reach.

Account Mining and Growth

- Grow business inside current client accounts.
- Find cross-selling and up-selling chances.
- Build strong ties with key decision-makers.
- Deliver high value to keep clients long-term.

Recruitment Delivery & Operations





- Lead, mentor, and scale the US recruitment delivery and account management teams.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for submittals and placements.
- Ensure optimal utilization of job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Drive high fill rates, quick turnaround times (TAT), and top-tier candidate quality.
- Fix bottlenecks in the hiring process

Process & Outcome Ownership

- Own end-to-end US staffing operations, gross margin targets, and P&L; accountability.
- Streamline onboarding, compliance (E-Verify, background checks), and payroll workflows.
- Resolve escalated client delivery issues and maintain strong client retention rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adapt the staffing strategy.
- Track metrics like submittal-to-interview and fill ratios.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of proven experience in the US IT & Non-IT staffing industry.
- Track record of bringing in current logos and managing large recruitment teams.
- Deep knowledge of US employment laws, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and VMS tools.
