Role Overview The Head HR will be responsible for leading the organization's people strategy, talent management, culture development, employee engagement, compliance, and HR technology initiatives. This role demands a HR leader who can operate at both boardroom and execution levels, driving business growth in a fast-paced technology and product-led workplace.

Education & Experience

- Full Time MBA from TOP B Schools with specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum 12 to 16 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- The Candidate must be from Noida or South Delhi or East Delhi.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a Mid-Size Fintech, IT Startup, SAAS as number 1 or number 2,
- Prior experience in Software Product Companies, Telecom Technology, Cloud Communications, or Technology startups is highly preferred.
