: Director – ERP Position Summary The Director – ERP will lead the University's ERP strategy, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of academic, administrative, finance, HR, admissions, examination, and student lifecycle processes through a robust ERP ecosystem.

The Director will work closely with senior leadership, academic departments, and technology teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the University's ERP strategy aligned with institutional objectives.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, customization, integration, and optimization projects.
- Manage the complete ERP ecosystem, including Student Information System (SIS), HRMS, Finance, Admissions, Examination, Hostel, Library, and Learning Management System (LMS) integrations.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, Moodle LMS, CRM, payment gateways, biometric systems, and third-party applications.
- Oversee ERP vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and support teams while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Define ERP governance policies, user roles, access controls, and data security standards.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and service quality while ensuring high availability.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes across departments.
- Lead data migration, validation, reporting, and dashboard development for institutional decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.




- Develop disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans for ERP operations.
- Manage ERP budgets, licensing, contracts, and technology investments.
- Lead user training, documentation, change management, and adoption initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing ERP support and technical team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA/M.Tech/MCA) preferred.
- ERP-related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 12–18 years of experience in ERP implementation, management, or digital transformation.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise-scale ERP projects.
- Experience in higher education ERP implementation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Ellucian, PeopleSoft, or other higher education ERP systems.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Robust understanding of higher education ERP modules.
- Expertise in Moodle LMS administration and integration.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
- SQL databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP).
