Role: Direct Sales Leader | Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture Top MDRT, COT, TOT & high-performing Advisors for business growth and retention.
- Drive sales, servicing, advisor engagement and productivity.
- Acquire new high-potential advisors, with 40% focus on onboarding Top Advisors.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors.
- Achieve business targets through effective sales planning and advisor activation.
- Ensure consistent performance, customer servicing and compliance.

Eligibility
- Maximum Age: 52 Years
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Life Insurance Sales.
- Last YTD Business Achievement: Minimum 40 Lakhs.
- Strong track record of handling MDRT/COT/TOT & high-performing advisors.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and sales skills.

Ideal Candidate: A proven Life Insurance Sales skilled with a strong advisor network and demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high-value advisor portfolio.
