About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Media team. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, business accounts, and digital assets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Creative Content & Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online brand presence.
- Build strategies to increase website traffic, customer engagement, and online conversions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and insights.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online customer acquisition.
- Experience managing social media platforms and business accounts.




- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of website management, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing (Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical knowledge can apply).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Solid interest in online marketing, branding, and business growth.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, creativity, self-motivation, and willingness to continuously learn current marketing trends and technologies.
