Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, design, and execute multi-channel digital strategies for our firm. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, performance marketing, brand visibility, and driving client acquisition across our key immigration pathways (study, work, PR, and business visas).

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Design, run, and optimize high-ROI paid ad campaigns on Google Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for study, work, and migration visas.

Content & Social Media Management: Develop engaging creative assets, video scripts, short-form reels/TikToks, and promotional content tailored to prospective migrants and students.

SEO & Content Strategy: Optimize site content, blog posts, and landing pages to rank for competitive immigration keywords and drive organic traffic.

CRM & Email Marketing: Build automated email nurture sequences, lead-retargeting workflows, and SMS campaigns to move prospects through the consultation funnel.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL),



and campaign ROI using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; provide weekly data reports to leadership.

Brand Reputation & Local SEO: Manage digital profiles (Google Business Profile, online reviews, local citations) to build trust and authority in the international mobility space.

Key Requirements

2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably within professional services, study abroad, or immigration consultancy.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM platforms.

Solid background in copywriting and visual content creation (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).

Track record of executing performance marketing campaigns with measurable lead-generation metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
