About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive our digital presence, manage paid advertising campaigns, and contribute to overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI, CPL/CPA, and other key KPIs.
- Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media and digital channels.
- Manage social media calendars, posts, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and conversions.




- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content, design, website, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and content coordination skills.
- Experience with e-commerce/digital brands will be an advantage.
