We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SMO Specialist) to join our team and take ownership of our digital marketing, SEO and social media presence.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SMO Specialist)

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Work Mode: Work From Home – India

Shift: Australian Business Hours (AEST-aligned)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO & SMO strategies for an Australian insurance brokerage.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and content optimisation.
- Improve organic search rankings, website traffic and online visibility.
- Manage social media strategy, content planning and engagement.
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop SEO-focused content relevant to Australian insurance products and services .
- Monitor Google rankings, website analytics and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and digital marketing best practices.




- Work independently and manage marketing activities from planning through execution.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant SEO/SMO & digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, Google Analytics/Search Console and keyword research .
- Experience with content strategy and social media platforms.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and market insurance/financial services content .
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment .
- Experience working with Australian businesses/markets will be an advantage.
