Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all social media handles and digital platforms of the company.
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives in line with the company’s brand strategy and communication objectives.
- Plan, create and coordinate engaging and relevant content across social media and other digital channels.
- Work closely with creative teams, content creators, designers and agencies to develop high-quality digital content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication style across digital platforms.
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution and publishing.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities and emerging digital opportunities.
- Track digital performance, engagement, reach, traffic and other relevant metrics to understand campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights and performance data to continuously improve reach, engagement, visibility and audience growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, Operations,



Farm, Food Processing and Management for relevant content and digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, influencers and other digital partners as required.
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, promotions, launches, events and brand initiatives.
- Explore new digital platforms, content formats and marketing opportunities that can strengthen the company's online presence.
- Ensure timely responses and appropriate engagement with the digital audience, wherever required.
- Maintain regular reporting and provide actionable insights on digital performance and ongoing initiatives.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, digital marketing practices, content trends and platform features.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
