About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing professional who can drive business growth across B2B & B2C markets while managing digital campaigns, lead generation, sales, and international client communication.
You’ll be responsible for taking leads from generation → qualification → conversion → client relationship & retention in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
? Key Responsibilities• Generate B2B & B2C leads through Cold Calling, Email & LinkedIn
- Communicate with UK & US clients and close business opportunities
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage company & client social media accounts
- Track ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL and prepare campaign reports
- Manage CRM, lead pipelines & follow-ups
- Coordinate with creative teams for client requirements and campaigns
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

? What We’re Looking For✔ 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Digital Marketing

✔ Comfortable with night shifts and UK/US time zones
✔ Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
