LM25 Aarogya India is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness company delivering holistic healthcare solutions through Ayurveda, Panchkarma, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Wellness Therapies, and Ayurvedic products. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Professional who can drive scalable growth and maximize ROI across digital channels. ( Aarogya India )

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.

· Scale lead generation and e-commerce sales while maintaining target CPA, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

· Manage high-budget advertising campaigns with a strong focus on revenue growth.

· Build, optimize, and scale campaigns for healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, and D2C products.

· Plan and execute remarketing, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition strategies.

· Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.

· Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Looker Studio.

· Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audience targeting.

· Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, social media, and web development teams.

· Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

· Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta algorithm changes, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills





· 3–8+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

· Proven experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Pharma, Hospitals, Clinics, or D2C Brands .

· Strong expertise in:

o Google Ads o Meta Ads o Google Analytics 4

o Google Tag Manager o Meta Pixel & Conversion API o YouTube Ads o Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max Campaigns

· Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.

· Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

· Experience managing monthly ad budgets from ₹10 Lakhs+ is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of CRM integration and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

· Candidates from Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Nutraceutical, Pharma, Hospital, Clinic industries will be preferred.

· Strong portfolio with measurable campaign success.

· Ability to independently manage performance marketing while mentoring junior team members.

· Passionate about scaling brands through digital growth strategies.
