Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Digital Marketing Intern based in Bhilai. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Daily tasks will include assisting with social media posts, basic copywriting, campaign reporting, and coordination with designers and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.

The role also involves monitoring web and social analytics,



researching trends, and contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness. The intern will gain hands-on experience in agency operations and digital marketing best practices while working closely with the marketing team.

Qualifications

- Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with an interest in campaign planning and execution
- Social Media Marketing skills, including familiarity with major platforms and content engagement
- Basic Web Analytics skills for interpreting data and reporting on campaign performance
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and content support
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bhilai and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn current digital tools and trends
- Knowledge of design tools or content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is a plus
