Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who can lead and manage the complete digital marketing team and handle client communication effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, client-handling experience, team leadership and team management capabilities, along with solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media and Digital Marketing ensuring team performance and delivering results for clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing team.
- Guide, mentor and monitor SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media and Intern team members.
- Handle client communication, meetings, requirements and regular updates.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Set targets and KPIs for team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of client deliverables.
- Manage and monitor SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media campaigns.
- Review campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Development and Content teams.
- Identify problems, guide the team and ensure timely resolution.




- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, AI, SEO and advertising trends.

Main Requirements

1. Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent English communication – verbal and written.
- Solid client communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident in conducting client calls and meetings.
- Ability to clearly explain strategies, performance and results to clients.

2. Team Leadership & Management

- Proven experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.
- Ability to delegate work and manage multiple team members.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to set targets, monitor performance and improve team productivity.
- Should be able to guide, motivate and mentor team members.

3. Digital Marketing Knowledge

- Minimum 6 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of analytics, reporting and campaign performance.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost a strong team leader and communicator. The candidate should be confident in dealing with clients, managing team members, solving problems and taking ownership of the complete digital marketing function.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
