About Us Techtwins Infoservices is a Staffing & Recruiting firm that bridges the gap between top talent and the right organizations - helping candidates (including tech professionals across the US on various visa categories) land their ideal roles with leading companies. We're now looking to grow our own brand presence and are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to lead that charge.

About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own our company's social media presence and drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who can handle day-to-day content and posting while also managing paid ad campaigns and tracking leads through to conversion.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others as needed)
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories consistently
- Respond to comments/DMs and engage with the community daily
- Track follower growth, engagement rate, and reach

Performance Marketing

- Set up and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage ad budgets and optimize based on performance (CTR, CPC, CPL)
- A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting

Lead Generation

- Set up lead capture forms and landing pages




- Track leads from ad click through to follow-up (WhatsApp/CRM)
- Report on lead quality and conversion rates weekly

Brand Marketing

- Create promotional content for new offers or service launches
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
- Support basic sales collateral (brochures, WhatsApp catalogs, etc.)

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in digital/social media marketing (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Ads Manager) - required
- Working knowledge of Google Ads - preferred
- Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for basic content creation
- Basic understanding of analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Solid written communication for captions/copy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels without heavy supervision

Good to Have

- Experience with WhatsApp Business API / CRM tools for lead follow-up
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services marketing
