Experience: 2–3 Years in Digital / Performance Marketing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage budgets and monitor CAC, ROAS, CPC, and CTR.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyse performance using GA4 and Ads Manager.
- Support customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal content/design teams.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, UTMs, and Excel/Spreadsheets.
- D2C/Beauty/Skincare experience preferred.
- Robust analytical and execution skills.
- UGC/Influencer marketing exposure is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
