Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and handle client queries, concerns and feedback professionally.

- Coordinate client projects, deliverables, approvals and deadlines from start to completion.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure all client work is completed accurately and on time.

- Maintain project trackers, client records, task lists and follow-up schedules.

- Identify client or project issues early and coordinate solutions with the relevant team members.

- Follow up with clients for pending approvals, content, information and payments where required.

- Have a good general understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, Meta Ads and influencer marketing.

- Support content planning, campaign coordination, competitor research and basic marketing activities.

- Assist with preparing client reports, presentations, proposals and quotations.

- Generate and identify potential leads for the company through outreach and research.

- Contact and follow up with prospective clients and coordinate meetings or calls.

- Maintain and regularly update the companys lead database and track prospects through the sales process.

- Support lead conversion and earn additional commission on successfully converted leads.

- Coordinate between clients, designers,



content creators, photographers and other team members.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts and proactively follow up on pending tasks.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure nothing is missed or unnecessarily delayed.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or project coordination preferred

- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing

- Solid communication and client-handling skills

- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects

- Comfortable with lead generation, follow-ups, and sales coordination

- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

- Agency experience is an advantage
