Nivasa World Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company focused on helping customers discover and invest in quality residential properties. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru and help us grow our digital presence and generate high-quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising and digital marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates and overall ROI.
- Manage and grow Nivasa World's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the creative team for social media posts, reels, advertisements, banners and other marketing content.
- Develop engaging content ideas related to real estate, properties, investment opportunities and customer education.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify opportunities for improving lead quality and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate with website/landing-page teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms and real estate marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Lead Generation.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization and digital analytics.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the sales and marketing team.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.
