Job Summary

Glowing Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should be confident in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing budgets, and generating quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven campaign optimizations.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with Design, Content, and Development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with advertising platform changes and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Digital Marketing.




- Robust practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and paid campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements Please apply only if you have practical campaign management experience.

Candidates with only Digital Marketing course/certification knowledge and no hands-on experience managing paid campaigns will not be preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at Park Street, Kolkata.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
