About the role

- Plan and run the campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and YouTube — owning budget, targeting, and creative testing end-to-end.
- Drive leads and online sales: Turn campaigns into revenue: generate qualified leads and grow online sales through targeted digital strategies.
- Grow the social presence: Manage and grow our social media presence across all digital platforms, building an audience that compounds.
- Create the content: Create engaging content — posts, reels, emails, and banners — that increases brand visibility and gives people a reason to stop scrolling.
- Own SEO and SEM: Manage SEO/SEM activity to improve organic reach and website traffic — with our own platform as your unfair advantage.
- Measure and improve: Analyze campaign performance in Google Analytics and Meta Insights, monitor competitor digital activity, and turn both into improvements worth shipping.
- Work with sales: Coordinate with the sales team so digital campaigns line up with real sales targets, not just traffic numbers.

Required qualifications

- 1 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,



SEM, and social media management
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Solid creative thinking, communication, and analytical skills
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Available to join immediately

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in lead generation and online engagement
- Background in the SEO or SaaS space, or working with B2B products
- Hands-on with reels and short-form video, including basic editing
- Curiosity about how AI search is changing digital acquisition

Compensation: Not disclosed. Final offers depend on experience and local market benchmarks.
