Role Description The Digital Marketing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at AIBI Campus in Kochi. The consultant will design and execute digital marketing strategies to promote AIBI’s AI and business programs, manage online campaigns across multiple channels, and optimize performance using data and web analytics tools. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign results, refining audience targeting, and collaborating with academic and admissions teams to support enrollment goals.

The role also involves advising on content and brand positioning, identifying growth opportunities,



and staying current with AI-based marketing trends to enhance AIBI Campus’s digital presence. The consultant will contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring measurable impact on outreach, lead generation, and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience in multi-channel campaign execution and online brand building.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics expertise to track, interpret, and report on digital performance, using data to drive decisions.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to develop, implement, and optimize result-oriented plans aligned with institutional goals.
- Candidates should possess Sales and lead-generation skills to support enrollment targets and nurture prospective learner pipelines.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or professional training environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with major digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, SEO tools, CRM/marketing automation) is preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kochi.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or AI-driven marketing are an advantage.
