What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for helping shape how people experience our brand online.

From brainstorming new content concepts to filming street interviews and executing social campaigns, you'll constantly be creating, testing, and pushing ideas that build our community.

Your Responsibilities

- Own and execute social-first marketing ideas from concept to publishing.
- Brainstorm fresh content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and future platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and trend-driven videos.
- Go out into the streets to interview people, film public reactions, and create community-driven content.
- Keep a constant pulse on internet culture, fashion, music, memes, and emerging social trends.
- Develop creative campaign ideas for product launches, collections, and brand moments.
- Work closely with our photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team to bring ideas to life.
- Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy that grabs attention.
- Analyze what performs, learn from it, and continuously improve future content.
- Help grow a community not just a follower count.





Who You Are

- You're obsessed with social media and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
- You naturally come up with content ideas throughout the day.
- You're confident talking to strangers and comfortable being behindor in front ofthe camera.
- You notice trends before they become mainstream.
- You understand streetwear, fashion, music, and youth culture.
- You enjoy experimenting and aren't afraid if every idea doesn't go viral.
- You're proactive, self-motivated, and don't wait to be told what to create.

Requirements

- Experience creating content for social media (professionally or through your own projects).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Familiarity with editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
- A portfolio or social media account that showcases your creativity is a big plus.

- Follow fashion, sneaker, music, and lifestyle creators daily.
- Are always saving content for inspiration.
- Have experience creating viral or high-performing content.
