About GRAMIK Gramik is an agri-tech startup on a mission to empower farmers through technology, transparency, and effective last-mile delivery. We operate through a dual model—B2C via Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and B2B via retail partnerships—to deliver high-quality agri-inputs and cattle feed supplements while enabling rural entrepreneurship.

As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team in Lucknow and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity.

Job Summary The Digital Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital platforms including websites, social media, and product promotions. This role requires a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality graphics and product visuals for online and offline use.

Create, manage, and execute design solutions for websites, social media, brand campaigns,



and marketing materials.

Translate creative concepts into visual designs in collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Use digital design tools—and optionally, front-end development knowledge—to create intuitive and impactful user interfaces.

Make necessary updates and improvements to existing graphics to maintain consistency and freshness across all touchpoints.

Requirements Proven experience or a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.

Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines.
