Brandloom Club is looking for an experienced Digital Consultant who has a strong understanding of the overall digital landscape and can support clients in making the right digital decisions.

The role involves understanding client businesses, identifying their digital requirements, suggesting suitable solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the right execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client businesses, goals, challenges, and digital requirements.
- Act as a digital consultant and strategic support for clients.
- Provide guidance across different areas of the digital ecosystem.
- Evaluate a client's existing digital presence and identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend suitable digital platforms, tools, technologies, and strategies based on business needs.
- Understand areas such as websites, social media, digital advertising, SEO, content, analytics, CRM, lead management, online reputation, and other digital solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for execution.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and strategy sessions.
- Help clients understand digital opportunities in a simple and practical manner.
- Stay updated with emerging digital technologies, platforms, tools, and trends.
- Identify new opportunities that can improve the client's digital presence and business growth.




- Build long-term relationships with clients through continuous digital support and consultation.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of skilled experience in the digital industry.
- Strong understanding of the overall digital ecosystem, not limited to digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of websites, social media, advertising, SEO, content, analytics, CRM, technology, and other digital solutions.
- Strong business understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage multiple client requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new digital technologies and platforms.
- Experience in consulting, client servicing, digital strategy, or a similar role will be an advantage.
