The Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Projects will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution, civil construction, infrastructure development, and site management for Della Racecourse &

- Integrated Township, Raipur—a 55-acre ultra-luxury township project.

This role requires a high-caliber project leader with 10–12 years of core civil and infrastructure experience. The candidate will oversee site development, road networks, MEP utilities, luxury private villas, high-rise sky villas, commercial retail zones, and specialized recreational assets (including equestrian facilities and wellness centers).

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution &
- Construction Management

- Lead on-site execution for all civil, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works in alignment with approved master plans, engineering designs, and quality standards.

- Supervise construction across diverse assets: luxury villas, sky villas/branded residences, retail corridors, hospitality amenities, and specialized equestrian/polo grounds.

- Establish realistic project timelines (Gantt/PERT charts) and monitor daily/weekly progress against baseline schedules to ensure milestone delivery without cost or schedule overruns.

- Infrastructure &

- Utility Development

- Oversee site preparation, earthworks, internal road networks, stormwater drainage, water supply systems, sewage treatment plants (STP), electrical substations, and underground cabling networks.

- Ensure seamless integration between core civil infrastructure and specialized township amenities (landscaping, retail boulevards, equestrian arenas).

- Vendor Management

- Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate, finalize, and onboard general contractors, MEP subcontractors, specialized vendors, and labour teams.

- Manage contractor performance, inspect ongoing work, verify Running Account (RA) bills, and ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations.

- Quality Control (QA/QC) &

- Safety (HSE)

- Implement strict QA/QC processes across all phases of construction to maintain ultra-luxury finishing and structural integrity.

- Enforce robust Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) protocols on site, maintaining zero-tolerance standards for safety hazards.

- Cost Management &

- Value Engineering

- Monitor project budgets, forecast cash flows, and manage site-level variations to minimize cost variances.

- Identify opportunities for value engineering and constructability optimizations without compromising design intent or luxury standards.

Job Expectations

Required Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Master’s degree (M. Tech / MBA in Construction Management or PMP certification) is highly preferred.

- Track Record: Proven experience delivering large-acreage infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities)



combined with premium vertical construction (villas, commercial, amenities).

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera P6, BIM basics, and modern construction tech (Mivan/formwork systems, pre-engineered structures).

- Statutory Approvals &
- Liaison: Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain and maintain statutory approvals, ensuring all project execution complies with applicable local building bylaws, RERA regulations, environmental norms, and other statutory requirements.

Minimum Qualification

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum Job Experience

Experience: 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience managing site execution for large-scale integrated townships, mixed-use developments, or high-end residential and infrastructure projects.
