– Lead site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.

- Client Coordination – Manage client communication, meetings, approvals, and ensure project requirements are delivered effectively.

- Cost &

- Billing Control

– Monitor project budgets, BOQs, quantities, billing, variations, and overall cost control.

- Quality, Safety &

- Compliance

– Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.

- Progress &

- Reporting

– Track project progress, identify risks/delays, implement corrective actions, and submit regular MIS/progress reports to management.

Site Execution – Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
