About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4–9 years of relevant experience to support and improve our technology infrastructure, deployment processes, automation, and production environments.

The role involves working closely with development teams to improve release velocity, system stability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment and operational efficiency.
- Implement security hardening practices across infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Identify opportunities for cloud and infrastructure cost optimization.
- Partner with development teams to improve release velocity and application stability.
- Deploy, scale, and manage containerized workloads in production environments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident-response processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across different environments.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
- Support production environments and ensure system reliability and stability.
- Continuously improve DevOps processes, automation, and infrastructure practices.

Required Skills




- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with Containerization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Good scripting and automation skills.
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems, particularly Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management.
- Good understanding of infrastructure security and optimization.

- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Containerization: Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD: Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions

Experience & Qualifications
- 4–9 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing production environments.
- Experience collaborating with development and technology teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
