DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale, always-on fintech platform. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, SRE, production reliability, observability, resiliency, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize highly available infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Support production systems, incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, MTTD, and MTTR.
- Drive resiliency through disaster recovery, FMEA, and chaos engineering.
- Automate operational processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Docker, ArgoCD, and cloud-native deployments.
- Build automation/AIOps solutions for issue detection and remediation.




- Collaborate across engineering and platform teams.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or AWS infrastructure experience.
- Solid hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD expertise.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or Wavefront.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
- Robust knowledge of CI/CD, high availability, disaster recovery, and production support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred: Fintech experience, AIOps, chaos engineering, and large-scale production systems.
