Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary
for AEM Admin Role:
Strong command of AEM capabilities, and broad familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite
Thorough exposure of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment and delivery processes
Hands on experience in AEM Admin tasks, including installing AEM in Author, Publish and dispatcher Mode, Sling status, creation of audit reports and configuration AEM in http request
Experience with maintaining an AEM implementation, specifically around performance tuning, debugging and fixing issues, taking and understanding thread and heap dumps, knowledge of various AEM admin consoles.
Experienced with developing Components using Sightly, Templates using Custom Xtype in Widgets, OSGI bundles
Experience with WCM, CMS, CRXDE, CRXDE Lite, OSGI Framework, JCR, Apache sling, DAM
Experience of front end development (MVC) and understanding about AEM integration
Experienced and deeply knowledgeable about custom AEM reusable components, Widgets, Templates, Widgets on top of JCR and Apache Sling (9 Implicit Objects), Apache Jackrabbit CRX and AEM
Linux Admin with positive knowledge in OS, Networking and storage/disk management and Virtual Machines.
AEM Configuration in Author, Publish, and Dispatcher modes.
Understanding of Apache HTTPD rewrites
JVM Configuration/tuning, Certificate Manager, PKI
Create and manage Adobe-related tickets, including incident reports and service requests.
Experience with publishing content via REST APIs, and evolving APIs whilst minimizing disruption to API consumers
Experienced in migrating content from one CMS solution to another,
and from lower to higher versions within a given solution. Experienced in solving for content mapping, content integrity, cutover mechanics, namespace issues, etc.
Good understanding about version control (SVN/TFS/GIT)
Ability to build new Jenkins Job for the new AEM instances is a plus
Knowledge on the Adobe Experience Manager administration activities such as User permissions/creations with LDAP synchronization, sling setting status, creation of audit reports, dispatcher setup, code and configuration management and others.
Setup and maintain administration activities such as workflows, publishing permissions, roles, templates and components
Experience with Apache Web Server configurations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AEM Administrator responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of AEM instances in production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade AEM (On-Premise or Cloud) environments
- Manage AEM Author, Publisher, and Dispatcher setups
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana Elastic search
- Troubleshoot server and application issues, including JVM tuning, performance bottlenecks, and error resolution
- Manage AEM user permissions, replication agents, workflows, and integrations
- Perform backup, disaster recovery, and setting patching
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security teams to support deployments and ensure stability
- Maintain dispatcher configurations for caching and security
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AEM 6.x administration (Author, Publish, Dispatcher)
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix system administration
- Knowledge of web servers like Apache HTTPD and Dispatcher module
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven
- Familiarity with cloud platforms ( Azure, or AEMaaCS is a plus)
- JVM performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
