About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager – Java with 15+ years of experience in Java development, telecom systems, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, driving technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable and high-performance telecom applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Java development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Own end-to-end development and delivery of telecom applications.
- Design and develop high-performance Java-based solutions.
- Work with telecom protocols such as MAP, CAP, Diameter, GTP, etc.




- Drive architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Resolve complex Java, memory management, garbage collection, and production issues.
- Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, automation, and quality.
- Manage project timelines, technical risks, and team deliverables.
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Desired Profile

- 15+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Core Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java debugging, profiling, garbage collection, multithreading, and performance optimization.
- Preferable knowledge of Telecom protocols – MAP, CAP, Diameter, GTP.
- Positive understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and in-memory databases such as Redis/Couchbase.
- Preferable understanding of C/C++ code flows and frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud environments is preferred.
- Strong people management, technical leadership, communication, and delivery management skills.

Work Experience 15+ Years

Educational Qualification:

BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
