Role Description As a Development Manager Intern at NexLevr, you will support planning, organizing, and coordinating projects across the agency’s client and internal initiatives. You will assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Day-to-day tasks may include gathering requirements, supporting the design and implementation of new processes, documenting workflows, and helping to identify risks or areas for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with student-led teams, contribute to strategy discussions, and use data and feedback to refine project outcomes.



This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable availability, proactive communication, and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with diverse, remote teams and presenting updates clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information, document processes, and suggest improvements.
- Interest in agency operations, digital products, or startup environments, with willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Communications, or related discipline) preferred.
- Previous internship, project, or volunteer experience in coordination, leadership, or team-based work is an advantage.
