Role Description The Developer Relations Associate is a full-time remote role focused on building strong relationships with developer communities that use emem.dev . In this role, you will create technical content such as tutorials, sample applications, documentation, and blog posts to help developers understand and adopt the technology.

You will engage with developers through online forums, social media, community events, and webinars, gathering feedback and relaying insights to product and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting developers with integration questions, tracking common issues, collaborating on demos and proofs of concept,



and helping define best practices for using Vortx.ai solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth developer experience and to amplify community success stories.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in written and spoken formats.
- Candidates should possess experience creating technical content, such as documentation, how-to guides, sample code, and developer-focused presentations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or developer tools, and be comfortable reading and discussing code in at least one programming language.
- Candidates should possess community engagement skills, including organizing or participating in meetups, forums, or online communities, and responding constructively to feedback.
- Candidates should possess strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities, working effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams in a remote setting.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, technical writing, or software engineering, ideally in AI, vision, or data-focused domains.
- Comfort working across time zones, an inclusive mindset, and interest in sustainability and social impact applications of technology are advantageous.
