? We Are Hiring: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality onsite technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of end-user systems and office IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner
- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Support office IT infrastructure such as network connectivity, AV systems, and workplace technologies
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits, and ensure compliance with asset management policies




- Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and maintenance
- Assist in IT projects, office relocations, and technology deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure environments
- Robust knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device support
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points)
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management and inventory control
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with remote teams
