Shifts- Rotational Exp-2+yrs

Logged and Tracked request in the ticketing system for timely resolution.

Provide solution on raised Tickets.

Delivered Remote and in office support to end users.

Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Operating System.

Support MS Office and Outlook.

Handle user account setup, password resets, and access requests. Install, configure, and maintain hardware(Desktop/Laptop, printer/CCtv etc), software, and operating systems .

Support Active Directory (user accounts, Group policies, password resets).

Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) etc. Perform routine checks on systems, network connectivity, and critical applications.

Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity.

Assist users with login issues, email access, and application errors. Provide Internal Application support etc,
